DSV Solutions was looking for an effective way to reach new warehouse employees in Pavlov. The goal was to create a recruitment video that authentically showcases the real environment, friendly team, and fair conditions — without acting or artificial gloss. The key was to convince suitable candidates that working in the warehouse can be enjoyable, well-paid, and that DSV offers security and solid support.
Thanks to a targeted brief and cinematic approach, we produced a video that highlighted the company’s true values while realistically portraying the work environment. The recruitment team saw an increase in candidate quality — applicants arrived better prepared, with clear expectations and stronger motivation.
